TOWN OF MONTGOMERY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Montgomery Town Code Chapter 157 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard at the Carl L. Helstrom Montgomery Town Hall, 110 Bracken Road, Second Floor, Montgomery, NY 12549 to consider whether or not to designate the following parcel of real property as a Town Landmark pursuant to Town of Montgomery Town Code Chapter 157: 1. Wallkill Valley Cemetery Street & Tax Map ID 1011 NYS Route 52 10-1-79.22 Record Owner Wallkill Valley Cemetery Association PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any resident of the Town of Montgomery is entitled to be heard at the scheduled public hearing. The Town of Montgomery will make every effort to assure that the public hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.
