TOWN OF MONTGOMERY LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MONTGOMERY TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Carl L. Helstrom Montgomery Town Hall located at 110 Bracken Road, 2nd Floor, Montgomery, New York. The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) present the findings of the joint Village of Montgomery and Town of Montgomery Sewer Feasibility Study. The Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be invited to this special meeting and presentation. The Town of Montgomery will make every effort to assure that the meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk’s office at (845) 457-2660.
