TOWN OF MONTGOMERY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MONTGOMERY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 16 of the Town Law, as amended, and the Zoning Law and Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Montgomery, the Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery, New York will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Government Center, 110 Bracken Road, Second Floor, Montgomery, New York on the 9th day of March 2026 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard to consider approval of the application of MARYANN MCCARTHY, 601 E. Kaisertown Rd., Montgomery, NY 12549, for a subdivision of a 17.13 acre parcel on E. Kaisertown Road into two (2) lots. Proposed Lot #1 consists of 5.698 acres with an existing residence and outbuidings. Proposed Lot 2 is for one new single-family home. The property to be subdivided is identified as Tax Map Section 35, Block 1, Lot 16.13 and is located in the RA-.5 zoning district. The property is located on the south side of East Kaisertown Road approximately 3000 feet west of the intersection with NYS Rt. 211. Maps and plans of the foregoing are on file and available for inspection at the offices of the Town Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery.
