PUBLIC HEARING – TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the City of Oswego, New York, Chapter 280, Zoning, Section 280-95 and a Resolution adopted by the Common Council of the City of Oswego, New York at a meeting held Monday evening, February 9, 2026, a Public Hearing will be held in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 13 West Oneida Street, Oswego, New York, on Monday evening, February 23, 2026 at 7:05 p.m. on a proposed Amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Official Map of the City of Oswego, New York, as follows:




To change ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Seventh Ward of the City of Oswego, County of Oswego and State of New York, and more particularly described as being real property located at 30 Byer Road, and identified by tax map number: 145.51-01-10, be changed from a TN2, Traditional Neighborhood 2 to a PD, Planned Development Zoning District.
