NOTICE TO BIDDERS




The Village of Potsdam will accept sealed bids for supplying the Village Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants with performing Annual Laboratory Testing Requirements on an annual contract basis for the period from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. The Village reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids, or any part of any or all bids. The bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder plainly marked and labeled “Village of Potsdam, Annual Contract for Performing Laboratory Testing Requirements”, on the outside of the envelope. No bidder may withdraw their bid within (45) forty-five days of the bid opening. Bids will be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Georgine Scott, Civic Center-2 Park Street, PO Box 5168, Potsdam, New York, until 1:00 pm, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. A copy of the specifications may be obtained from the Village Clerk at address above, by email at gscott@villageofpotsdamny.gov [gscott@villageofpotsdamny.gov], by phone (315) 265-7480 Ext. 1 or on www.villageofpotsdamny.gov [http://www.villageofpotsdamny.gov]. The supplier of the laboratory testing requirements must be a New York State certified laboratory.
