ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF POTSDAM RESIDENTIAL TRASH COLLECTION BID REQUEST Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Potsdam to provide residential trash collection, disposal and recycling services for residences in the Village of Potsdam, NY. Bids will be accepted by the Village Clerk until 3:00 pm on Friday, March 13, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by the full complement of requested proposal attachments listed within the full proposal. A properly executed Certificate of Non-Collusion must accompany all bids submitted. A copy of the full Trash Removal Proposal can be obtained on the Village of Potsdam website, www.villageofpotsdamny.gov, by contacting the Village Clerk by mail, email, in person or by phone at 315-265-7480 Ext. 1.
