LAWRENCE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Potsdam is rescheduling the opening of sealed bids received for providing residential trash collection, disposal and recycling services for residences in the Village, previously noticed to be submitted by March 13, 2026, at 3:00 pm and opened directly following the deadline, to Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
