Public hearing for a front yard setback variance in Chappaqua.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nicholas Marcella of 507 Millwood Road, Chappaqua, NY 10514 has made application to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Castle for a front yard setback variance to legalize an existing patio for a legal non-conforming single family residence, pursuant to Sections 60-420 and 60-410A(3) of the New Castle Town Code, on property located in a R-1A Zoning District, located on the south side of Millwood Road, said property being known and designated on the tax maps of New Castle as Section 81.7, Block 3, Lot 20. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting to consider this application at 7:15PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting both in person at the New Castle Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, New York and via videoconference and teleconference at the website set forth below.
