NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Steven Mayotte of 9 Gregory Lane, Chappaqua, NY 10514 has made application to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of New Castle to amend a previously granted variance to reflect a revised scope of work to construct multiple additions for a legal non-conforming single family residence. The new variance requests are (3) front yard setback variances and (2) side yard setback variances, pursuant to Sections 60-420 and 60-410A(3) of the New Castle Town Code, on property located in a R-1A Zoning District, located on the west side of Gregory Lane, said property being known and designated on the tax maps of New Castle as Section 81.5, Block 1, Lot 13. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will be meeting to consider this application at 7:15PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting both in person at the New Castle Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, New York and via videoconference and teleconference at the website set forth below. The public can attend the meeting in-person or watch the live meeting on youtube at https:youtube.com/c/nccmc, or through the Zoom App if the meeting is held in a hybrid format. Comments for the public hearing can be 1) made in-person at Town Hall during the public hearing, 2) via Zoom if the meeting is held in a hybrid manner, or 3) sent in advance of the meeting to jbertram@mynewcastle.org.
