Notice of Meeting and Public Hearing




NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Penn Yan Planning Board will hold a Meeting with Public Hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Room 202 of the Village Hall, 111 Elm Street for the purpose of reviewing the following application proposals:




100 Main Street – Special Use Permit for a short-term rental facility.




368 Clinton Street – Site plan for expansion of existing grocery store to include commercial kitchen for serving prepared food with seating inside and outside.




116 and 122 Garfield Avenue – Subdivide two existing lots into three conforming lots.




130 Horizon Park Drive – Site plan for construction of ±66,000 sf addition to existing bus manufacturing facility, relocation of ±2,400 sf pole barn, 75 paved parking spaces, second access to Horizon Park Drive, gravel parking for bus staging and associated grading, drainage and stormwater infrastructure.




Please note the meeting time of 6:00 p.m. is new. Applicable documents are available at villageofpennyan.gov or by contacting 315-536-6397. At the above time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
