NOTICE VILLAGE OF PENN YAN 2026 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM APPLICATION DEADLINE: MARCH 13TH 2026 Residents of the village of Penn Yan who wish to have their sidewalks repaired or replaced by the Village during the 2026 summer; applications are now available in the Village Office, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY. The applications must be returned by March 13th, 2026. If the application is approved, the Village will invoice each applicant to remit $6.00 per square foot of the sidewalk. Commercial cost per square foot – entire sidewalk replacement (excluding sidewalks with privately owned basements) $10.00 per sq foot. Payment is due by April 24.
