Town of Milo, New York Zoning Board of Appeals 137 Main Street – Town Hall Penn Yan, New York 14527 Phone: (315) 531-8042 Fax: (315) 536-9760 Email: codeofficer@townofmilo.com Website: www.townofmilony.gov NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Code of the Town of Milo, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 137 Main Street, Penn Yan, on the 24th day of March 2026 (fourth Tuesday of the month) at 6 o’clock P.M., to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the determination of the following application: · Application No. ZBA_03-24-2026A. An application for one (1) area variance to allow a 22’-2” building height for a new detached garage at 3553 Vineyard Road, Himrod (TM#: 88.83-1-2). This lot is located within the Lakefront Residential zoning district and this application was submitted by Anne St. Clair. · Application No.: ZBA_03-24-2026B. An application for one (1) area variance to allow a 5’ rear (lake) yard for an addition to the single unit dwelling at 3583 Vineyard Road, Himrod (TM#: 88.83-1-3). This lot is located within the Lakefront Residential zoning district and this application was submitted by Timothy Johnson. All parties of interest and citizens will be heard at the Public Hearing to be held as aforesaid and said hearing may be adjourned from time to time as deemed necessary by this Board. The application is open to inspection during normal business hours at the Town’s Department of Development Services, 137 Main Street, Penn Yan, New York 14527. The application can also be viewed on the Town’s website at https://www.townofmilo.com/agendas-and-minutes/ .
