NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF PENN YAN Dedication of Municipal Water and Wastewater Sewer Utility Infrastructure In the Keuka Moorings Development. Please take Notice that the Clerk of the Village of Penn Yan has received an Offer of Dedication for utility infrastructure, said offer being made on behalf of Keuka Outlet Development LLC, also known as Keuka Moorings Development, by Christopher Iversen. Said offer of dedication is on file at the Village Clerk’s Office and may be examined during regular business hours. The dedication will include Municipal Water and Wastewater Sewer Infrastructure. Please take further Notice that the Board of Trustees has considered that Offer of Dedication and has scheduled a Public Hearing thereon by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Penn Yan, County of Yates, State of New York, for the 17th day of March, 2026, at 6:05 p.m. at the Village Hall, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527. The effect of the Dedication will be that the utility infrastructure offered for dedication will become public and become property of the Village of Penn Yan. All persons interested in this proposed Dedication will be heard by the Board of Trustees at the Public Hearing to be held as stated above. The Village Hall is in compliance with accessibility standards of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Any person with a handicap wishing to attend and/or be heard at the public hearing should contact the Village Clerk’s Office at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the public hearing to request any special needs. A copy of the Offer of Dedication may be examined at the Office of the Clerk of the Village of Penn Yan, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527 during regular business hours.
