PUBLIC HEARING




Notice is hereby given that the Village of Penn Yan, New York and its Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on the estimated and tentative Municipal Utilities Water and Sewer Budgets for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This Public Hearing will be held on April 21, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in Room 202 of the Village Hall, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527. Copies of the tentative budgets are available for inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office, 111 Elm Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527 during regular business hours and on the village website www.villageofpennyan.gov.
