ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Cheektowaga on the 14th day of April, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. at the Cheektowaga Town Hall, 3301 Broadway, Cheektowaga, New York to consider and discuss and, if need be, act upon the repeal of the existing code section titled "Article X Opt-Out Exemption for Certain Energy Systems (220-42, 220-43 and 220-44) of the Town Taxation Law".
