ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Cheektowaga, in the County of Erie, State of New York, will meet at theTown of Cheektowaga Town Hall, 3301 Union Road, Cheektowaga, New York, on March 10, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. (Prevailing Time), for the purpose of conducting a public hearing in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of facilities of the Consolidated Sewer District, consisting of replacement or repair of sanitary sewers, including related or ancillary work in connection therewith, as described in the report dated April 16, 2016 and on file in the office of the Town Clerk, prepared for the Town by an engineer duly licensed by the State of New York, at the estimated maximum cost of $2,435,000 to be financed by the issuance of serial bonds and/or bond anticipation notes of the Town. At said public hearing, the Town Board will hear all persons interested in said subject matter thereof.
