Gentile, Secretary 123 Grand Street, Newburgh, New York 12550 (845) 569-7383 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH PLANNING BOARD, on the following matters: APPLICATION NUMBER: 2026-04, requesting SITE PLAN approval to demolish the existing auto-repair shop to construct a five-story mixed-use building with 56 dwelling units, ground floor retail and an underground parking garage with 12 spaces. Property located at 211 Broadway, Newburgh. Property owned by Broadway Newburgh LLC. Application requested by Chris Berg/Fifth Street Architecture, PLLC. SECTION: 35 BLOCK: 2 LOT: 15.1 As described on the Tax Records, City of Newburgh, New York.
