Gentile, Secretary 123 Grand Street, Newburgh, NY 12550 Phone: (845) 569-7383 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION on the following matters: APPLICATION NUMBER 2026-019 at the request of the applicant, Chris Berg/Fifth Street Architecture, PLLC, on behalf of the owner, Broadway Newburgh, LLC. Application to construct a new 5-story mixed-use building. PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 211 Broadway SECTION: 35 BLOCK: 2 LOTS: 15.1 as described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York. The Public Hearing will be held on March 10, 2026 and any adjourned date, at 6:30 p.m. in the Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh, New York 12550.
