CITY OF NEWBURGH PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NEWBURGH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Please Take Notice, that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Newburgh, Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to Section 300-116(D) of the Zoning Code, on the following matters: Appeal No. 2026-09 Applicant: Nathaniel Gooden, P.E./Caesar Engineering D.P.C. Owner: Stephen Taya Property Development, LLC Location: 194 Dubois Street and 197 North Miller Street Requesting an AREA Variance on Lot A for 8 feet on the minimum front yard setback which do not meet the requirements of the Schedule of Use and Bulk Regulations in the Medium Density Residential Zone. Requesting an AREA Variance on Lot B for 0.1 foot on lot width, 5 feet on the South side yard setback and 24.6% on lot coverage which do not meet the requirements of the Schedule of Use and Bulk Regulations in the Medium Density Residential Zone. For properties situated as follows: PROPERTY ADDRESS: 194 Dubois Street Section: 11 Block: 1 Lot: 27.1 197 North Miller Street Section: 11 Block: 1 Lot: 13.2 As described on the Tax Records, Newburgh, New York.
