Please Take Notice, that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Newburgh, Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to Section 300-116(D) of the Zoning Code, on the following matters:

Appeal No. 2026-10

Requesting an AREA Variance for 6.16 feet on the building height which do not meet the requirements of the Schedule of Use and Bulk Regulations in the Broadway Corridor Zone.

The Public Hearing will be held on March 24, 2026 and any adjourned date, at 7:00 p.m. at the Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh, New York. Anyone wishing to make comment on the application may do so at that time.
