An ordinance amending the following sections of Chapter 157 of the Ogdensburg Municipal Code entitled peddling and soliciting:
* 157-2 ENTITLED EXCEPTIONS; §157-3 entitled License required; §157-4 entitled License application; and, §157-12 entitled License fees
