PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 17, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum for the creation of a capital reserve account. An abstract of the resolution is as follows: ABSTRACT OF RESOLUTION Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor hereby establishes a Capital Reserve Account for the Redwood Anchorage Marina, pursuant to Section 6-c of the New York State General Municipal Law.
