PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 17, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor adopted a resolution subject to permissive referendum for the expenditure of funds from the capital reserve account. An abstract of the resolution is as follows: ABSTRACT OF RESOLUTION Board of Trustees of the Village of Sag Harbor hereby authorizes and approves the expenditure of $400,000 from the capital reserve account of the Village of Sag Harbor established for the purchase of a fire boat.
