MEETING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICEthat the Board of Architectural Review and Historic Preservation of the Village of North Haven will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 10:00am at Village Hall, 335 Ferry Road, Sag Harbor, NY on the following applications: McAree, 14 Bayberry Lane, SCTM# 901-4-2-30, exterior alteration; Davidson, 33 Coves End Lane, SCTM# 901-6-2-58, ramp and front porch addition, conversion of driveway; Giacalone, 273 Ferry Road, SCTM# 901-3-2-5, enclose existing covered patio, expand existing deck, exterior renovations, driveway gates; Escalante, 5 East Drive, SCTM# 1-1-37, swimming pool, accessory pool house, addition; Silver, 18 East Drive, SCTM# 901-1-1-27, demolish existing dwelling, construct new 2-story single family dwelling, attached garage, swimming pool, pergola and patios; Walden Barn 2026 LLC, 225 Ferry Road, SCTM# 901-4-2-2.1, demolish existing dwelling, construct new 2-story single family dwelling, attached garage, swimming pool, accessory pool house, tennis court; and any other matters which may come before the Board.
