PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE,that pursuant to Article 12 of Chapter 300 (Zoning) of the Village Code of the Village of Sag Harbor, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Sag Harbor will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026at5:30pmor as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, in person at 55 Main Street, Village Municipal Building, Sag Harbor, NY 11963 and via videoconference at the link below, in order to consider the following applications: 1. Application of 67 Garden Street, LLC for the property located at 67 Garden Street, Sag Harbor, SCTM #903-2-1-15 for the proposed construction of a new second floor addition to the existing single family residence, conversion of existing garage into a new accessory apartment and new swimming pool requiring variances from Sag Harbor Village Code §§300-4.3, 300-9.1(A)(4), 300-12.6(B)(1) and 300- 9.3(D) to allow: (i) the proposed house to intrude into the pyramid skyplane by 204 cubic feet where zero is permitted, therefore a variance in the amount of 204 cubic feet is required; (ii) to allow an increase in gross floor area of a pre-existing nonconforming residence by 1,706 sf representing 48.6% where 50% is permitted by variance from this Board; (iii) the proposed accessory apartment to intrude into the pyramid skyplane by 1,655 cubic feet where 0 is permitted therefore relief is required for same; (iv) the proposed side yard setback for the accessory apartment to be 5.1 feet where 10 feet is required, therefore relief in the amount of 4.9 feet is necessary; (v) the proposed side yard setback of the accessory structure to be 6 feet where 10 feet is required, therefore relief in the amount of 4 feet is necessary and (vi) the proposed pool to be 30.5 feet from the front yard where 35 feet is required, therefore relief in the amount of 4.5 feet is necessary and (vii) the proposed pool and pool equipment to be located in a front yard where accessory structures are prohibited, therefore relief is required for same.
