Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, after an introduction was held by the Village Board of the Village of Sag Harbor, on April 14, 2026, both in-person, at Sag Harbor Village Hall, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, New York, and via videoconferencing, the Village Board at their meeting of April 14, 2026, set a public hearing for LOCAL LAW NO. #_ OF 2026 on May 12, 2026 as follows: “A LOCAL LAW amending Village Code §300-9.1(B)(7) to allow cellars under accessory apartments and garages.” Copies of the local law, sponsored by Mayor Gardella, are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
