Notice of Adoption PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, after a public hearing was held by the Village Board of the Village of Sag Harbor, on April 14, 2026, both in-person, at Sag Harbor Village Hall, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, New York, and via videoconferencing, the Village Board at their meeting of April 14, 2026, adopted “A LOCAL LAW authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c.” Copies of the local law, sponsored by Mayor Gardella, are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
