PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Sag Harbor Village Board of Historical Preservation and Architectural Review will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Sag Harbor Village Municipal Building located at 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor New York, 11963, in order to consider the following application for a Certificate of Appropriateness pursuant to Sag Harbor Village Code §300-13.3 (“Review Procedures”): 1. Bryan Midlam and Julia Midlam, for the property located at 9 Wooded Path, Sag Harbor, New York 11963 and identified on the Suffolk County Tax Map as parcel number 302-6-9-16 requesting Certificates of Appropriateness for the demolition of an existing dwelling and the reconstruction of a new two-story frame dwelling with attached garage and a 285 square foot accessory dwelling unit. 2. 120 Glover LLC, for the property located at 120 Glover Street, Sag Harbor and identified on the Suffolk County Tax Map as parcel number 0903-2-1-28 for the construction of a two-story dwelling, detached garage and cabana.
