Notice of Public Hearing PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, after an introduction was held by the Village Board of the Village of Sag Harbor, on April 24, 2026, both in-person, at Sag Harbor Village Hall, 55 Main Street, Sag Harbor, New York, and via videoconferencing, the Village Board at their meeting of April 24, 2026, set a public hearing for LOCAL LAW NO. #_ OF 2026 on May 12, 2026 as follows: “A LOCAL LAW amending Village Code §42-12, Powers and duties, to include a new section “G” related to oversight of Village infrastructure and capital improvement projects.” Copies of the local law, sponsored by Mayor Gardella, are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
