NOTICE OF RESOLUTION ADOPTED SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the NORTH SEA FIRE DISTRICT, at a regular meeting thereof, held March 12,2026, duly adopted the following resolution: “BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law of the State of New York, that the NORTH SEA FIRE DISTRICT expend from the Building Reserve a sum of $715.00 for the purpose of the installation of a camera at the front door of the main building to provide an addition level of safety. BE FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum as provided in the General Municipal Law of the State of New York; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the North Sea Fire District, shall publish a notice within The Southampton Press, setting forth the date of the adoption of said resolution and an abstract of the resolution concisely stating the purpose and effect thereof and that the resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum”.
