Seneca, N.Y. 14224 LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of FIRE DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE TOWN OF WEST SENECA, NEW YORK, At a meeting held on the 6th day of April 2026, duly adopted subject to a permissive referendum, a Resolution authorizing the withdrawal of no more than TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) from the Capital Reserve Fund entitled “FIRE DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE TOWN OF WEST SENECA, NEW YORK BUILDING RESERVE FUND” and said sum of monies to be used toward: 1) Building repairs including the replacement of damaged exterior lighting fixtures, and some interior lighting/electrical repairs and miscellaneous office equipment replacement.
