Cutter Farms LLC (the “LLC”) filed Application for Authority to do Business under Section 802 of the Limited Liability Company Law with the Secretary of State (“SOS”) on March 16, 2026. The LLC was formed in the State of Florida on February 2, 2022. The LLC will be located in this State c/o Stamm Law Firm, 250 International Drive, Williamsville, NY in the County of Erie. The SOS has been designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served and SOS shall mail a copy of any process served upon him or her to Cutter Farms LLC at 362 Massalina Drive, Panama City, FL 32401. The purpose of the LLC is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which limited liability companies may be organized under the Florida Limited Liability Company Law. The Articles of Organization of the LLC were filed with the Florida Secretary of State whose address is 500 S. Bronough Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
