NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING





TOWN OF GAINES ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS




The Town of Gaines Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:00 PM for:




Applicant: Julie Vendetti

Requesting: One (1) area variance as follows: 1) The set back requirement is 15 feet from the side property line, but the proposed structure would only have approximately 5 feet.
