NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Amherst, Erie County, New York, at the Amherst Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, N Y, on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM to hear all persons interested in the following appeals taken by:
Studio T3 Engineering, PLLC, 2495 Main Street, Suite 301, Buffalo, NY 14214, is requesting an area variance to the Town of Amherst Zoning Ordinance for landscaping at the North Amherst Fire Company on 2200 Tonawanda Creek Rd.
Center for Jewish Life, Inc., c/o Jeffery Palumbo, Esq., 9276 Main Street, Suite 4, Clarence, NY 14031, is requesting area variances to the Town of Amherst Zoning Ordinance for building setbacks at 757 Hopkins Rd.
