Guy Wyser-Pratte is seeking a variance of Article VIII §125-79.1 of the Zoning Ordinance for 333 Bedford Center Rd, Bedford Hills, Section-Block-Lot 72.12-2-4 on Town Tax Maps, to permit the conversion of a loft into a cottage in a pre-existing accessory structure being used as a garage and home office where the total floor area to be occupied as a cottage within the accessory structure did not exist prior to 1989 and the adoption of the Town Code for cottages in the R4A Zoning District.
Edmond Simoni is seeking a variance of Article III §125-11, §125-15 and Article V §125-50 of the Zoning Ordinance for Nottingham Road, Katonah , designated as Section-Block-Lot 60.10-2-39 on the Town Tax Map in the R1/2A Zoning District to permit the construction of a new residence on a pre-existing, legal, non-conforming lot where the lot does not meet the minimum 100' Effective Square requirement in the R1/2A Zoning District and where the front yard setback results in 31’ to the covered porch where 35’ is required and where the rear yard setback results in 33.6’ where 50’ is required in the R1/2A Zoning District; and where the retaining wall is greater than 6’ in height and where the rear yard setback results in 21’ where 50’ is required for a wall that exceeds 6’ in height in the R1/2A Zoning District.
Eric Queen is seeking a variance of Article III §125-11 and Article V §125-50 of the Zoning Ordinance for 92 Brundage Road, Bedford , designated as Section-Block-Lot 84.19-1-12 on the Town Tax Map in the R2A Zoning District to permit an already built swimming pool where the pool equipment resulted in a side yard setback of 22.82' where 40' is required and where the pool resulted in a side yard setback of 38.61' where 40' is required in the R2A Zoning District.
Rissa Landman is seeking a variance of Article III §125-15 of the Zoning Ordinance for 93 Black Brook Road, Pound Ridge, designated as Section-Block-Lot 62.18-1-6 on the Town Tax Map to permit already constructed piers which resulted in a height of 7' 4" where 6' is the maximum permitted height for piers in the R4A Zoning District and for an already installed fence that is 7' 6" at its highest where 6' is the maximum permitted height in the R4A Zoning District.
Eric Caine is seeking a variance of Article V §125-50 of the Zoning Ordinance for 378-384 Croton Lake Road, Mt. Kisco , designated as Section-Block-Lot 59.7-1-7 on the Town Tax Map in the R4A Zoning District to permit a pre-existing 20' x 25' shed being used as a home gym where the side yard setback resulted in 12.2’ where 50' is required in the R4A Zoning District.
Omar Poma is seeking a variance of Article III §125-11 and Article V §125-50 of the Zoning Ordinance for 67 Park Avenue, Bedford Hills, designated as Section-Block-Lot 60.10-4-19 on the Town Tax Map in the R1/4A Zoning District to permit an already built two-story addition to a pre-existing, legal, non-conforming residence which received a variance on January 6, 2022, Resolution 01-22 Two, for a side yard setback of 8’ to the enclosure for the fireplace and a combined side yard setback of 23’, which resulted in a side yard setback of 7.5’ to the enclosure for the fireplace where 15 feet is required and the combined side yard setback resulted in 22.4’ where 35 feet is required in the R1/4A Zoning District.
Firestein Management Inc./Wells Fargo is seeking a variance of Article 1 §83-6and 6 of the Town Code for 262 Katonah Avenue, Katonah , designated as Section-Block-Lot 49.19-2-19 on the Town Tax Map in the CB Zoning District to permit overnight construction activities for the purpose of refurbishing the interior of an existing bank between the hours of 5:00 pm through Midnight for a period of approximately four weeks where noise produced by construction activities is prohibited on holidays and between the hours of 6:00 pm to 8:00 am.
