TOWN OF KIRKLAND LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals held in and for the Town of Kirkland, Oneida County, New York on the 7th day of May, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town of Kirkland Municipal Building, 3699 Route 12B, Clinton, New York on the following matter: The application of Scott Murray/ Summit Fire Equipment, Inc. relative to property located at 8192 Kellogg Street, Clinton in the Town of Kirkland, New York for a use variance to operate a NYS Motor Vehicle dealership for the indoor storage and sale of vehicles in two barns/garages already located on said premises. Said premises lie in an RR zoning district. This matter was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals as such proposed business is not an allowable use under Schedule A of the Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Board of Appeals will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of or in opposition to such application. Persons may appear in person, by attorney or by agent.
