TOWN OF KIRKLAND LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Section 506 and 1526 of the Real Property Tax Law) Hearing of Complaints Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Kirkland, County of Oneida has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk, at Lumbard Memorial Town Hall, Clinton, NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May. The Tentative Assessment Roll may be viewed at any time at: https://ocgov.net/oneida/realproperty, then “2026 Tentative Tax Rolls” The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on Tuesday, May 5th between the hours of 5:00pm -7:00 pm; Tuesday, May 12th between the hours of 5:00pm -7:00 pm; and Thursday, May 7th and May 14th between the hours of 5:30pm – 7:30pm; and will be available by telephone or email as well. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 between the hours of 4:00 pm - 8:00pm at the Town of Kirkland Municipal Office, 3699 State Route 12B, Clinton, NY 13323 to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
