PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERE- BY GIVEN THAT the Co- hoes Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct hearing and meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 6:30 pm at City Hall 97 Mohawk Street, 2nd Fl. Common Council Chambers.
The agenda of the pub- lic hearing and meeting will concern the consid- eration of the following: a. Consideration of the March 25, 2026 Meeting Minutes.
b. Consideration of two Area Variances for va- cant property on Mill- er Avenue. Applicant seeks relief from the Code requirements in the R-1 zoning district for lots to be 10,000 sq. ft. applicants lot is 5,000 sq. ft. therefore requir- ing 5,000 sq. ft. of relief. Applicant is also seek- ing 20 feet of relief from the required 70 foot lot width the lot is only 50 feet wide therefore requir- ing 20 feet of relief. c. Consideration of an Area Variance at 86 Third St. applicant is seeking to place a pre- built shed 8 feet from the side property line. Code requires a 10 ft side setback therefore requiring 2 feet of relief. d. Adjournment.
