Applicant is also seek- ing 20 feet of relief from the required 70 foot lot width the lot is only 50 feet wide therefore requir- ing 20 feet of relief. c. Consideration of an Area Variance at 86 Third St. applicant is seeking to place a pre- built shed 8 feet from the side property line.
