b. Consideration of an Area Variance for va- cant land on Rensselaer Avenue. Applicant seeking 1,000 sq. ft. of relief in order to subdi- vide the property.

c. Consideration of an Area Variance at 90 Linda Ave. Applicant is seeking to construct a deck around their pool and they are seeking 3 feet of relief from the side property line. d. Adjournment.
