PUBLIC NOTICE



The Town of Starkey Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings in person and virtually via Zoom on Thursday May 21st, 2026 at 7:32pm to consider application PZ26-0005, an area variance for lake setbacks at 4266 Locust Rd, Dundee, NY 14837. Members of the public interested in participating virtually please register at www.starkeyny.gov.

The application can be reviewed during office hours at the Town of Starkey Code Enforcement Office, Town of Starkey, 40 Seneca St. Dundee, NY 14837.
