NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunkirk will be held Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 4:30 pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd. to consider the following applications:

In the matter of the application Dunkirk Waterfront Development LLC for the property located at 10807 Bennett Rd for a Use Variance to convert an existing structure into multi-family housing. This is in violation of

Section 52 Article VIII (1)(2) Commercial Residential District – The following are permitted uses (1) Single family dwelling (2) Two family dwelling
