NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Dunkirk will be held Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 4:45 pm at the Dunkirk Town Hall, 4737 Willow Rd. to consider the following applications:

In the matter of the application Ryan Mourer on behalf of Mary Wagner for the property located at 10577 Farmlane Dr for an Area Variance to build a structure not meeting minimum front, rear, and side setbacks or minimum lot requirements in a residential district. This is in violation of

Section 16 Article III – Minimum Front Yard Depth 50’ (request for additional 25’); Minimum Side Yard 25’ (request for additional 15’ per side); Minimum Rear Yard 75’ (request for additional 45’); Minimum lot area 1 acre (request to build on 0.37 acre)
