BELOW IS ON BEFORE THE TOWN ESOPUS ZONING
OF BOARD OF APPEALS FOR A PUBLIC HEAR-
ING ON TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS MAY BE HEARD NO- TICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Sec- tion §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hear- ing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of consider- ing the application of Broadway Professional Square LLC for a pro- posed area variance pursuant to §123-12 E(2) of the Town Code. The Applicant is pro- posing to convert three existing offices into sin- gle-bedroom units. Pur- suant to the Code for the BC Zoning District; density for a single bed- room apartment is
3,750 sf and/or 3,000 sf for a studio. The sub- ject property has 5,000 sf allowable density. The site is located at 186-190 Broadway, identified by tax map SBL Nos. 56.59-6-16, 15 & 14 located in the BC Zoning District. The ap- plication is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspection by any interested party.
