OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS MAY BE HEARD NO- TICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Sec- tion § 123-41 A (1) of the Esopus Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hear- ing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the purpose of consider- ing the application of Shigekazu Moriya for a proposed area vari- ance pursuant to §123- 24F(5)(a) of the Town Code. The Applicant is proposing to locate a storage unit in the front yard setback The site is located at 1388 Old Post Road, identified by tax map SBL No. 71.30-3- 1.100 located in the R12 Zoning District.
