Public Hearing Notice




A hybrid virtual/in person public hearing before the Town of Manlius Zoning Board of Appeals, 301 Brooklea Dr., Fayetteville., NY in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, will be held on May 21, 2026, at 6:30 PM to consider the matter of the application for George Salloum at 4663 Ring-Necked Path (Tax Map #117.3-01-20.0). A public hearing for one variance for the construction of a 10-foot by 20-foot accessory structure. The applicant is requesting a rear yard setback variance of 35-feet to provide relief from the required 40-foot setback requirement.
