SUFFOLK COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF GREENPORT ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at the Station One Firehouse, located at Third & South Streets, Greenport, N.Y. 11944 on May 19, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m. regarding the application of: Wayne Turett 746 Main Street Greenport, NY 11944 SCTM: 1001 -2 -3 -8.2 Applicant proposes to construct a 7’ x 40’ lap pool in the rear yard of the house. This requires the following variance: * North lot line requirement: 20’. The plans show the north lot line setback of 14’. This would require an area variance of 6’. At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters. The Board has not yet made any determinations under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
