SUFFOLK COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF TRUSTEES VILLAGE OF GREENPORT NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AN APPLICATION FOR NEW YORK STATE LIQUOR AUTHORITY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR HARBOR KNOLL INC. 424 FOURTH STREET, GREENPORT, NEW YORK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Greenport is soliciting public comments on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Third Street Fire Station, Third and South Streets, Greenport, New York, 11944 regarding the application of Harbor Knoll Inc. for a liquor license for a Bed and Breakfast to be located at 424 Fourth Street, Greenport, New York. The public comments are with regard to the 30-Day Advance Notice to a Local Municipality that was received by the Village of Greenport on April 3, 2026. A copy of the application will be available at the Greenport Village Hall. Comments may also be submitted in writing at the Greenport Village Hall or by email to the Village Clerk at: chall@villageofgreenport.gov by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to be included as part of the public comments at the Thursday, April 23, 2026, meeting.
