NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the law that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Groton, NY will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2025, at 6:10 p.m. in the Village Office, 308 Main St., Groton, NY, to consider the following items of business:

Variance Application #26-1, filed by Rick Uhl, future property owner of tax map

#5.-5-24.1, 116 Spring St. Requested use variance to allow the future owner to have his private residence at the property. Section of the Code to be varied, Part 200-35 of Article VII. High-Intensity District.
