LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF HAMBURG NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Hamburg will hold a Public Hearing on the 4 th day of May 2026, to take and hear comments regarding a proposed Local Law #2 of 2026, relative to revisions to Chapter 229 Vehicles and Traffic of the Code of the Village of Hamburg. Section §229-50 Schedule XV: No Standing by adding no standing on the south side of Prospect Avenue from Buffalo Street to Division Street. The Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 100 Main Street, Hamburg, New York. Copies of the proposed revisions will be available in the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 100 Main Street, Hamburg, New York, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. beginning April 24, 2026 BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Village of Hamburg.
