NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL

AND WARRANT OF THE TAXPAYERS

OF THE VILLAGE OF HAMBURG




TAKE NOTICE that I have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes of the Village of Hamburg for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2026. That I will attend at the Village Hall, 100 Main Street, Hamburg, New York from June 2, 2026 to July 1, 2026 from 8:30 o'clock in the morning until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, where I will receive taxes. I may begin to collect taxes as of the warrant date April 21, 2026. That for the said period of time all taxes and the full amount of all assessments levied against specific parcels of property may be paid to me without additional charge. That on such assessments and the general taxes remaining unpaid after July 1, 2026, seven and one half percentum (7.5%) will be added for the first month and an additional one and one half percentum (1.5%) and fraction thereof, thereafter, until the return of the tax roll and warrant.
